WHO ARE WE?

We are a family of Basketball lovers looking to escape to a ‘Hoopers Paradise. Dream is an Elite Basketball camp for those who play at a high level and want to take the next step in their development.

Dream is more than just a basketball program. We are a family united by the love of the game and a shared goal of personal growth. We believe in creating an environment that promotes self-confidence, success, and long-lasting relationships. THE TRAINING

Hard work is ingrained in our DNA. We understand that achieving greatness in any endeavor requires dedication and perseverance. Our coaches are experienced professionals who have been through the ups and downs of the game themselves. They know what it takes to succeed and are committed to pushing our players to their limits. Through rigorous physical training and mental conditioning, we ensure that our players are prepared to face any challenge that comes their way.

WHAT IS THE DREAM WORKOUT?

The dream workout session is an hour and 30 minutes and is broken up into 3 segments. All of our groups max out at 14 players which gives us the ability to focus on our drilling and get to know all of our players on a personal level ensuring that all players get the most out of every training session.

SEGMENT 1 - STRENGTH

In order to be the best you have to feel your best. In this 30 minute segment dream pushes you to your physical limits with various different speed, agility and strength training exercises that will harness your ability to become the best version of yourself as an athlete.

SEGMENT 2 - BASKETBALL SKILLS

The second part of training includes 30 minutes of focused basketball training. Enhance your dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, and overall basketball IQ through structured drills and exercises designed to push you to the next level.

SEGMENT 3 - GAME TIME

In the Final 30 minutes of camp we let students play organized games in order to test your learned skills against other talented players in competitive games and scrimmages, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your abilities and make a name for yourself.
